The Development Office were delighted to welcome the classes of 1997-1999 back to the College on Saturday 15th May for an informal reunion.
The event began by joining the MA graduands for a drinks reception on the back lawn, before moving on to the Saltmarsh Suite for a buffet lunch. It was a fantastic opportunity for everbody to catch up, and to reminisce on their time at King's.
Whilst some of the group then went off on a guided walking tour of Cambridge, others took the King's punts out on the river, or went to visit their old student accomodation. There was also a wine tasting led by the College Wine Steward, Peter De Bolla. We then came back together for afternoon tea in the Provost's Garden, where everybody had a good look at their Matriculation photos, to see how much everybody had (or hadn't!) changed.
We would like to thank everybody for coming, and hope you are all able to return to College soon!
