To mark Cambridge's 800th anniversary, back in December there was a festive
black tie gala at New York City's Gotham Hall. The Gala was a highlight of
an exciting year of celebration in the United States.
The
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alison Richard, and other dignitaries attended, helping to celebrate the genius of Cambridge through word, music and
images.
